Thinking peace, building development

Dynamics for Peace and Development in the DR Congo

“Independence – Rigour – Integrity – Peace”

Who we are

An independent voice from the diaspora

The Dynamique pour la Paix et le Développement en RDC (DYNAPAD-RDC) — Dynamics for Peace and Development in the DRC — is a non-profit organization registered in Canada, headquartered in Gatineau, Québec. Founded in 2025 by committed members of the Congolese diaspora, DYNAPAD-RDC is an independent think tank specializing in geostrategic, security and governance issues in Africa’s Great Lakes region, with particular attention to the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Guided by scientific rigour and intellectual integrity, we work to make the political, economic and security dynamics underlying regional conflicts accessible and understandable, and we actively contribute to efforts supporting peace, stability and inclusive development. “Pro Peace” is not a slogan for us — it is a human ideal we will spare no effort to achieve.
